Return Conditions
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific cost depends on the courier you choose.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping fee.

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped, and only within the allowable cancellation period defined on our website.
- If you request to cancel your order before it is shipped, and within the specified time, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
- Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
